The premises should either be originally allotted by the development authority or builder property and should be meant for approved commercial purpose.

Maximum loan amount would be Rs. 225 lacs subject to IIR/FOIR grid AND LTV/LCR as per prevailing policy.

Minimum property requirement:
• Shop, clinic, nursing home, office premises, processing house (ONLY Commercial Property allotted for Commercial usage to be accepted under this product).
• Plot loan under this scheme should be considered ONLY if the plot is originally allotted by the Development Authority with undertaking to construct within the allotted time limit.
•  Ready for Possession property.
• The property area should be clearly demarcated.
• Properties either originally allotted by the Development Authority or by the reputed builder only, duly approved by the authorities concerned.
• Minimum Area of the Property to be 200 sqft (super built up area) in case of builder allotted property.
• For Development Authority, it should be more than kiosks/stall and minimum built up area should be 100 sqft
