The Company has taken all the necessary steps and adopted all reasonable measures to protect the confidential information from unauthorized transmission on/ through the World Wide Web.
The Company uses 128 bit encryption for the transmission of the information to safeguard and ensure the security of the information provided by the customer. If the customers' information is not transmitted through this encryption, the customers' system (if configured accordingly) will display an appropriate message ensuring the best level of secrecy for the customers' information. The Company shall not be held liable for disclosure of the confidential information when in accordance with the Privacy Commitment or terms of the agreements, if any, with the customers.
The customers, in order to ensure the security of the information, should choose and use their password wisely and carefully. It is advisable to adopt the combination of alphabets and numericals in the password. It is also advisable that the password should also be easy to remember and should not be written down. The customers should undertake not to disclose their password to anyone or keep any written or other records of the password such that a third party could access it. Failure of doing so is at their own risk.

| The information collected from the customers are confidential and not disclosed unless it becomes necessary:

(1)To enforce the terms & conditions of the products or services, or
(2)To protect and defend the Company or its affiliates' rights, interest or property as well as the interest of the Company, its affiliates; members, constituents or of other persons.
(3)To comply with the legal requirements or comply with the legal process.

The confidential information in relation to the Company collected by the customer in the course of availing the services of the Company or its affiliates through the website shall not be disclosed to any other person. If customer breaches this obligation then the Company or its affiliates would be entitled to terminate/discontinue the services without prejudice to any other rights and damages.
The Company may use and share the information provided by the customer with its affiliates and third parties agents, contractors, subcontractors for providing services and any service-related activities, who agree to use it only for the purpose and in connection with the business . Further, the Company may use, share and disclose the customer information with Bank/FI's/ Bodies Corporate/ Trust and others, in connection with availment of the refinance facility/sale- purchase of Assets/loan portfolios, securitizations and other matters which the Company may deem fit, necessary and expedient in the course of its business.
The customer authorizes the Company to exchange, share, and part with all information related to the details and transaction history of the customers to its affiliates/ banks/ financial institutions/credit bureaus/agencies/participation in any telecommunication or electronic clearing network as may be required by law, customary practice, credit reporting, statistical analysis and credit scoring, verification or risk management and shall not hold the Company liable for use or disclosure of this information.
